Sundays Are Not Just Good for Napping

First and foremost, I admire the guy who posted before me for (unintentionally?) going green.

I didn't work out on Thursday (too tired from working), Friday (too many things to do: packing, lounging), and Saturday (again, too many things to do: moving to the corporate housing, apt leasing, grocery shopping).

Today I tried out the corporate housing's gym. It's better than the hotel's, i.e., more machines, bikes and ellipticals.

Elliptical 15 min
Stationary bike 10 min
Leg extension 3 x 10 (60 lbs)
Leg curl 3 x 10 (60 lbs)
Lat 3 x 10 (40 lbs)
Row 3 x 10 (40 lbs)
Friday I biked to Rec Center. But I forgot towel, so I didn't work out.

Saturday I Worked out.

Bicep curls: 3 x 10
One Arm Cable Rows 3 x 12
Lat Pull-downs 3 x 10

Plus later that day, I biked to my friends place instead of driving

Went to Rec for first time in at least a month.

I rode bike to and from rec.

Pec-Fly machine 10 x 3
Crunch machine 10 x 3
Tricep extension 10 x 3

Hello World!

Ms. Dr. X decided to start exercising tonight, at her hotel gym, nonetheless. It's been a few months of working out hiatus. She blames that there is not enough time in any given day to deal with the latest happenings in her world: graduating, moving, starting a new (real) job, maintaining relationships (family, boyfriend, etc).

Tonight's flavor:
30 minutes treadmill (alternating walking and running)
3 x 10 10 lbs dumbells exercise
10 sit ups
