I checked blood pressure and heart rate on a machine at work today.
128/89 mmHg, 64 bpm. Am I healthy or what? Yeah!

PS: Felt pain on my left leg the whole night Tuesday, I had to take painkiller. I'm guessing coming from not wearing proper sock. I wore mismatch socks on Monday with the one on the left foot being much thinner than the one on the right foot. My left foot kept moving inside the shoe during cardio. I am okay today.

BF, where are you in here???


I have gained about 2-3 lbs despite of the slightly intensive working out last week. Weird, because I thought it had been the same amount of calories intake. Is is just water retention, general fluctuation? I hope so.
