2 x 12 shoulder raise (Cable)
2 x 24 crunch macine
2 x 10 tricep macine
2 x 10 butterfly machine


Wednesday Jan. 6th.

3 x 10 bicep curl
2 x 12 one-armed row
2 x 10 lat pull-down
