Hello World!

Ms. Dr. X decided to start exercising tonight, at her hotel gym, nonetheless. It's been a few months of working out hiatus. She blames that there is not enough time in any given day to deal with the latest happenings in her world: graduating, moving, starting a new (real) job, maintaining relationships (family, boyfriend, etc).

Tonight's flavor:
30 minutes treadmill (alternating walking and running)
3 x 10 10 lbs dumbells exercise
10 sit ups
