Starting Rec Center Again

Went to Rec for first time in at least a month.

I rode bike to and from rec.

Benchpress 10 x 4
Back Extension 10 x 3
Pec-Fly machine 10 x 3
Crunch machine 10 x 3
Tricep extension 10 x 3
