Sundays Are Not Just Good for Napping

First and foremost, I admire the guy who posted before me for (unintentionally?) going green.

I didn't work out on Thursday (too tired from working), Friday (too many things to do: packing, lounging), and Saturday (again, too many things to do: moving to the corporate housing, apt leasing, grocery shopping).

Today I tried out the corporate housing's gym. It's better than the hotel's, i.e., more machines, bikes and ellipticals.

Elliptical 15 min
Stationary bike 10 min
Leg extension 3 x 10 (60 lbs)
Leg curl 3 x 10 (60 lbs)
Lat 3 x 10 (40 lbs)
Row 3 x 10 (40 lbs)
