PS: Felt pain on my left leg the whole night Tuesday, I had to take painkiller. I'm guessing coming from not wearing proper sock. I wore mismatch socks on Monday with the one on the left foot being much thinner than the one on the right foot. My left foot kept moving inside the shoe during cardio. I am okay today.
