Got home early from work...

Elliptical 30 min
Bike 10 min

Lat pull down 3 x 7
Vertical row 3 x 7
Chess press 3 x 7
Bicep curl 3 x 10
Tricep extension 3 x 10

Now, how am I gonna solve the abs exercise problem? There's no such machine at the gym.
