I have a tradition to work out on the eve of moi birthday. LOL.

Elliptical 15 min
Bike 15 min
Bench press (hummer machine) 3 x 10 (20 lbs)
Biceps 3 x 10 (10 lbs)
Triceps 3 x 10 (10 lbs)
