These last two days have been tiring probably because of the compounding lack of sleep.

Lat pull down 3 x 7
Vertical row 3 x 7
Chest press 3 x 7
I was tired, hence working out with lower resistance and smaller repetition.
I stayed home instead of going to the Halloween party. a) It's too far away to drive, b) I finished work around 8, c) I don't want to miss yoga the next morning.
Saturday, Nov 1
Yoga 1 hr
I almost couldn't stand the Downward Dive and other strength positions. It is still a good exercise.
