Recipe for whole grain power shake
Combine into microwavable cup
3 Tbs oatmeal
1 Tbs wheat germ
1 Tbs Whole ground flax seed
2 Tbs Soy Flour
Optional
1-2 Tbs raisins or dried cranberries or other fruit
Add 3/4 to 1 cup of boiling water
Stir thoroughly, let sit for 3-5 min
Add 1 cup milk or OJ (milk is better)
Add 1/2 cup water
Mix with hand blender for 30 sec to 1 min.
Optional add 1 - 2 Tbs protein powder while blending
