A Week Worth

Sunday, 01/25
Elliptical 30 min
Bike 15 min

7 shoulder press
10 leg curl

Lunch (in observance of the CNY): Well I don't even know how to quantify it, a lot of tofu, fish, vegetables, beef, soup, no rice, one rice ball with red bean paste filling and fruit for dessert, oh some sugary sodas. Geez.

Dinner (also for CNY): some shrimps, lobster, beef, baby octopus, a lot of vegetables and mushrooms and walnuts, some fried noodle, one sesame ball. Geez.

Snack: some nastar

Saturday, 01/24
Yoga 1 hour
Elliptical 45 min

Lunch: Panada (1)
Snack: Nastar ... bad Xinda
Dinner: Small amount of fried noodle and a couple pieces of Orange Chicken
Snack: 3 tbsp of Ben and Jerry's Rocky Road, grapes, Panada (1)

Friday, 01/23
No workout today
Breakfast: 1/2 banana
Lunch: Corn bread, a cup of Clam Chowder, Oyster crackers
Dinner: Pasta with turkey meat balls and purple leaf lettuce
Snack: Panada (3)..bad Xinda

Thursday, 01/22
15 min treadmill
15 min bike
3 x 7 shoulder press
3 x 7 vertical row
3 x 7 bicep curl
3 x 7 tricep extension

Breakfast: a serving of Eating Right Cereal Almond Cranberry with whole milk
Lunch: pasta with turkey meatballs and purple leaf lettuce
Snack: a peach
Dinner: 2 servings of Cherrios with whole milk


Wednesday, 01/21
30 min elliptical
15 min bike
3 x 7 shoulder press
3 x 7 vertical row
3 x 7 bicep curl
3 x 7 tricep extension

Breakfast: a serving of Honey Nut Cherrios
Lunch: pasta with turkey meatballs
Snack: half a banana
Dinner: 1/2 serving of pasta with turkey meatball and purple leaf lettuce
Snack: 1 serving of Cherrios with whole milk

Tuesday, 01/20

15 min bike
1 x 7 shoulder press

Breakfast: yakult (sp?)
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich and banana
Snack: a serving of Eating Right cereal with whole milk
Dinner: pasta with turkey meatballs
Snack: a serving of Cherrios with whole milk

Monday, 01/19

No workout today..

Breakfast: 1/4 grapefruit, 1/2 banana
Lunch: Grilled chicken and rice (~ 1000 calories)
Snack: sesame candy from China (~80 calories)
Dinner: Noodle with ground beef and meatballs (~ 600 calories)
Snack: hmm...pineapple cookies, Oreos, a piece of bread (~500 calories)
