2 x 14 one armed row

I have appt. scheduled tomorrow at Buetal to check BP
I have Biofeedback scheduled for Feb 5th.


Tuesday Jan 27th

Bike to and from rec
4 X 10 Machine bench press
2 x 12 Torso twist machine
2 X 12 Tricep machine
1 x 12 Cable crossover
